Legal Notice and Condition of Use

Dumon Partners is an international law firm based in the United Arab Emirates, with offices in Paris, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras al Khaimah, Beirut, and Lausanne registered directly or through its partners with the Paris Bar Association, Abu Dhabi Global Market, the Beirut Bar Association, the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts (Part I and II), the Ras al Khaimah Courts, hereinafter referred to as “DP”’.

In the United Arab Emirates: DP is represented by Bertrand Dumon, founding partner of the firm.

In Paris: DP, société d’avocats à responsabilité limitée registered with the Paris’ Bar (Palais A0361), 7 rue de Prony – 75017 Paris, France is represented by Bastien Moraga, co-founder and partner.

Legal Informations

The website www.dumon-partners.com (the “Site”) is published by DP, a société d’avocats à responsabilité limitée registered with the Paris’ Bar (Palais A0361), 7 boulevard Malesherbes – 75008 Paris, France ,Tel: +33 (0)1 47 55 73 90 – Fax: + 33 (0)9 72 34 48 34. The editor of the Site is Bertrand Dumon. The Site is hosted by Marcariat.
The use of the Site is subject to the following terms of use which each user (the “User”) declares and represents he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the terms of use without reserve. Users should regularly review these terms of use, which may be modified from time to time.

Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to provide general information on DP activities. The Site should not in any manner be construed as an offer of services, soliciting an offer of services by DP or prospecting. DP does not guarantee the exhaustiveness, accuracy or topicality of any information contained in the Site. Any User wishing to check all or part of the information provided on the Site should directly enquire from any representative of DP.
Furthermore, neither the Site nor any legal information it may contain should in any manner be considered as legal advice, a legal opinion or legal consulting provided by the Firm.

Operation

The Site is accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions necessary technical maintenance, maintenance and update that DP may consider useful. However, DP does not warrant the access to the Site without interruption, nor that it is virus-free. Any User is informed that DP reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or remove all or part of the Site and the information it contains, at any time and without notice.

Intellectual Property rights

The Site and each of the elements contained in the Site, in particular any trademark, drawing, model, text, photograph, logo, illustration, interface and software, are the exclusive property of DP or third parties. These terms of use do not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights of the above-mentioned elements.
Users are only allowed to display the Site on the screen of their personal computers and to temporarily reproduce the files making it up in the cache memory of this computer for the sole purpose of ensuring easier access and/or viewing of the Site.
In particular and subject to the stipulations of the above paragraph, Users are not allowed to reproduce, represent, modify, translate and/or adapt all or part of the Site and any information it contains, for a fee or free of charge, and to reproduce and/or represent any such translations, adaptations and modifications, in all or in part, for a fee or free of charge, without the prior written consent of DP.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the application of these terms of use will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France).
