Richa Shah

Richa is a common law qualified barrister and solicitor, specialized in mergers & acquisitions, derivatives, capital markets, information & communications technology, corporate/commercial law.

Prior to joining Dumon Partners, Richa worked in both the public and private sector, and was involved in multiple cross-border transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and joint venture deals spanning across Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Richa holds an MSc in Business, Law & Management, an LLB from Durham University, and is registered with the Supreme Court of Kenya.
