Experience
Before joining Dumon Partners as a Partner and head of the Lausanne office, Joseph worked for multinationals and entrepreneurs at PwC, Legal and Tax Advice, from 1994 to 2000, on merger and acquisition operations, “tax planning” and tax strategy.
Joseph was also Head of “Transfer Pricing” at Tetra Pak International SA, at Group level, from 2000 to 2003. Within Tetra Pak, he set up a global tax strategy for the group, allowing reinvestment in research and development of more than CHF 1.5 billion over a 10-year period. In this function, Joseph worked in interaction with the tax authorities at the global level.
Joseph was one of the founders of FBT Avocats, top 1% of Swiss law firms in terms of size, then continued to practice within JCB, his boutique firm specializing in the structuring of entrepreneurs and UHNWIs.

Joseph is a graduate of the University of Lausanne and Harvard Law School.Joseph is a Swiss lawyer registered with the Bar of the canton of Vaud and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
