Experience
Before joining Dumon Partners as a Partner and head of the Lausanne office, Joseph worked for multinationals and entrepreneurs at PwC, Legal and Tax Advice, from 1994 to 2000, on merger and acquisition operations, « tax planning » and tax strategy.
Joseph was also Head of « Transfer Pricing » at Tetra Pak International SA, at Group level, from 2000 to 2003. Within Tetra Pak, he set up a global tax strategy for the group, allowing reinvestment in research and development of more than CHF 1.5 billion over a 10-year period. In this function, Joseph worked in interaction with the tax authorities at the global level.
Joseph was one of the founders of FBT Avocats, top 1% of Swiss law firms in terms of size, then continued to practice within JCB, his boutique firm specializing in the structuring of entrepreneurs and UHNWIs.

Joseph is a graduate of the University of Lausanne and Harvard Law School.Joseph is a Swiss lawyer registered with the Bar of the canton of Vaud and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
