DUMON PARTNERS assisted the company ACI GROUPE in the acquisition of the “Hydroelectric Pumps” activity of the Japanese equipment manufacturer JTEKT, a member of the Toyota Group. Through this operation, ACI GROUPE takes over the production center located in Blois and the technical center in Chennevières sur Marne, through a new entity called ENERFLUX.

In this operation, DUMON PARTNERS acted as advisor to ACI GROUPE on both the corporate (Bastien Moraga, partner) and tax (Vincent Michel, partner) aspects.
