Dumon Partners (“DP”) is delighted to announce the enhancement of its expertise in corporate law and outsourced legal management with the addition of Mr. Ludovic Delpon de Vaux as a Partner, based in its Dubai office. With 18 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in business law, mergers and acquisitios, and contract law, Ludovic brings a dual strategic offering to DP. He commenced his career in 2005 at the Paris office of Skadden Arps, where he advised French and international companies on capital operations, acquisitions and divestitures, shareholding, investments, and commercial and industrial partnerships.
