Dumon Partners assisted Trace in the acquisition of Okuhle Media

September 2020, after acting as Counsel to Trace (leading Media Group) in the context of its restructuring operations in Ivory Coast, Dumon Partners assisted Trace in the acquisition of Okuhle Media, a leading South African media production company in Africa.
