Bastien Moraga

Bastien Moraga is the co-founder of Dumon Partners’ Paris office. Bastien Moraga is a lawyer, specialized in corporate and business law, registered with the Paris Bar Association. Bastien advises companies as well as entrepreneurs and managers.

After several years spent in Parisian law firms (French and UK law firms), Bastien acquired a strong expertise in company law and business law. He operates mainly in start-up setting up, fundraisings, roundtables, issuance of securities, management packages (free shares, stock-options, etc.). He also assists clients in their day-to-day business (drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts, follow-up of corporate bodies, etc.), in the establishment of alliance operations (creation of partnerships, joint-ventures), in growth transactions (acquisitions, mergers, equity investments) or divestment (sale of participation, subsidiaries, assets).

Bastien holds a Masters of Business Law of Poitiers University, a DJCE (diploma of higher studies in legal management of business corporations) with a specialization in corporate law from Montpellier University and a Masters of Commercial Law of Bristol University (UK). Bastien was admitted to the Paris Bar Exam in 2009.

Bastien works both in French and in English.
