Romain Rihouey

Romain assists companies, managers and entrepreneurs at all stages of their projects and in the course of their activities on corporate matters (company incorporation, structuring, financing, shares transfer, acquisition, merger, etc.), commercial matters (contracts with business partners, leases, customer contracts, franchise agreements, etc.) and social matters (employment contracts, visas, etc.). Romain also assists individuals in matters of strategy and personal asset structuring.

Throughout his university studies, Romain worked for major banks on bank financing issues. During his traineeship period, he worked for a magic circle law firm in Paris.
Romain holds a Master’s degree in business law from Paris Nanterre University (2017), a Master’s degree in financial law from Paris Dauphine University (2018), and an international financial law LLM from King’s College London (2019).

Romain is a member of the Paris Bar Association. He works both in French and in English.
