Vincent Michel

Vincent joined Dumon Partners in 2022.

He is involved in tax law, notably in corporate taxation as well as transactional and private equity taxation. Furthermore, he acquired extensive experience in real estate and crypto assets. He also assists private people, shareholders and directors in their personal and asset taxation affairs.

He assists his clients as a tax advisor, and also in the context of tax controversies before the tax authorities and/or tax courts. Before joining Dumon Partners, Vincent practiced with several international law firms, like Simmons&Simmons. He was a founding partner of Sumerson in 2018. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in business law and taxation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne & HEC and a Master’s degree in labor law from the University Paris X Nanterre.

Vincent has been a lawyer since 2012. Vincent works both in French and English.
