Practicing in multiple jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates, France, and various Asian countries, Ludovic has played a crucial role in complex cross-border transactions. His adept guidance ensures foreign investors navigate diverse legal landscapes with practicality and efficiency, always aimed at maximizing business outcomes.

 

Leveraging his extensive experience as a General Counsel in an international environment, Ludovic serves as a trusted adviser who deeply understands his clients’ business. His broad range of experience helps companies not only meet existing legal challenges but also proactively avoid future hurdles.

 

Commencing his legal career in 2005 at a Tier 1 US law firm in Paris Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Ludovic has since held pivotal roles. Notably, he served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Pernod Ricard Group in Asia, a large listed French multinational company. In this role, he oversaw legal matters across 15 countries, from the Gulf to Japan, including China, India, and South-East Asia.

 

Ludovic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and the certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat (CAPA). Fluent in English and French, Ludovic is well-equipped to navigate the intricacies of global legal landscapes.
