Director in charge of Development

Manuel joined Dumon Partner in 2024 as Director in charge of the development of the firm.

 

Manuel made a career in various executive management positions in United States of America, Europe and Middle East.

 

He was the Senior Consultant to lead the consolidation of the 13 American International Group (AIG) Op-Cos in Europe in 1991 in the perspective of the opening of the EU common market in 1992. Manuel was assigned as a special advisor to Maurice Hank Greenberg, Chairman of AIG during the consolidation phases.

 

He Joined Wallach-Gracer, a Financial Group in New York, in 1990 where he was a Project Financing specialist for sourcing funds for the Airlines Industry.

 

In 1994, he became Managing Director of SAP (The German ERP Company) for the Middle East & Africa and settled at Dubai in 1995.

 

He advised holding companies, Governments and family offices in the Middle East, in their strategy, investments, transformation, and diversification plans.

 

He moved to the Energy sector and worked for IHS and CERAWeek, providing Business and Market Intelligence Services. He was part of the Saudi Aramco IPO process as a consultant to the board.

 

He was a special advisor for the late Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.

 

He was an Executive Director at SEPCO PK Southern Electrical Power Co Ltd. He also served as an advisor to the Barzani family in Erbil – Kurdistan Regional Government.

 

He advised Dubai Holdings, the business arm of the Dubai government in their international investments, Mainly in Saudi Arabia and Africa where he was key in the negotiations between Morocco and UAE for the execution of the Tanger-Med, the largest Free Zone port in the Mediterranean, design built and operate by Dubai World.

 

He is currently a Senior Advisor at A&M Middle East since October 2019. He has been appointed as CEO of Prisme International to be the administrator then the liquidator of Prisme International that suffered from the Pandemic. He played a key role in signing the Forensic Auditing contract with the Lebanese Government to audit the Central Bank of Lebanon.

 

Manuel Makki a French Citizen, graduated from The Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées of Paris, specialized in Dynamic of structure applied to Nuclear Power Plants, and hold a master’s degree in mathematics. Attended 6 months Earthquake engineering Berkeley CA.
